You made it through the day, but at 1:00 am, you’re still awake.

  • You’ve had a full night’s sleep, but you’re still tired.

  • Your mind won’t switch off, even when your body is exhausted.

  • You catch up on sleep on the weekend, but Monday still feels the same.

  • You keep telling yourself you’ll rest once things calm down, but it never does.

  • The harder you try to fall asleep, the more awake you feel.

You’re not the only one.

But exhaustion doesn’t fix itself with more effort

In this guided session,

We’ll understand why trying harder to sleep might be making things worse, and what actually helps instead.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand why getting “enough” sleep hasn’t made you feel rested

  • Discover what actually determines whether rest happens, beyond hours in bed

  • Learn practical relaxation techniques to help you build a healthier relationship with sleep

  • Leave with practical principles for rest you can start applying immediately

You’ll be guided in a group setting, with space for questions throughout.

Eric Lim

Co‐founder of Somnus Sleep Wellness and MBSR‐certified at Brown University, Eric Lim works with people who’ve tried everything to sleep better and still don’t feel rested. He has worked with MNCs and international hotel groups, guided more than 10,000 individuals including business leaders, working professionals and youth, and been featured on mainstream news media.

His forthcoming book, Nurturing the Nurturer (Penguin Random House SEA), draws on his own 2 experience as a caregiver navigating exhaustion and hyperarousal firsthand.

His approach is shaped as much by that lived experience as by his clinical training, practical over prescriptive, built for people who need something that actually works, not another routine to fail at.

You don’t need to try harder to sleep

You need to actually rest, not just clock more hours in bed.

Come learn how, with Eric.
